I have a few questions...

1. Have you checked her for lice and mites?
2. Are you able to bring her inside and keep her in a warm room? Sick birds need to be in a warm room.
3. Do you have a food or postal scale you can use to weigh her?
4. Can you post pictures of her?
5. Can you post pictures of her poop?

I can try to post pics but i need to finish a little math first, sorry

Check her bum where she poos and lays eggs. You'll have to move the feathers around to get a good look. If she has mites or lice, you'll see bugs moving around or even scabs on her bum.

I tried.... i don't think she has mites or lice but it was rather hard for me to see since she poops on herself A TON

okay um i just came inside from checking on curious um and I saw this bug on my table, i was wondering if it was a mite or something that had crawled from her rear end onto my hand, its sort of green and really small
