My chicken is really poorly, any advice would be greatly appreciated!

My 10 month old warren chicken is really poorly. She has a droopy wing that seems to have no feeling as she drags it around and stands on her feathers. She is extremely lethargic with puffed out feathers so I'm assuming she's cold all the time and sits in one place in the garden the entire day.

The skin around her eyes is very yellow and her eyes themselves look extremely dazed. She eats and drinks very small amounts only when encouraged but will not actively seek out food, she hasn't laid for 2weeks. We bought chicken vitamin solution but that has had little effect. We also noticed a couple of worms in some of the chicken poo... Could this be what is causing the sickness? We've bought worming solution and just waiting for it to be delivered.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, as our little chicken is not well at all!

Your right to worm if you see worms then that's what is going on. Great call on the vitamin in the water. You should add a full heaping tablespoon of plain granulated sugar in the water also. Go get organic apple cider vinegar. Feed proteins eggs cooked up for her and grind up into pulp like a food processor chicken, meat, pork and fish to get the worms moving out of the system. I have used Ivermectin and Wazine both, the 2 will kill most all common worms in chicken digestive system. It seems that just one kill 1 or 2 types and the other kills the other kind. she needs good foods and vitamins now Best of luck.

Thanks for the reply Steve. All that information looks really useful and hope it will make a difference. Also forgot to mention that her comb is looking pale. Is there a chance she can recover from this? We have looked at diseases and nothing matches her symptoms. Can worms really cause parlysis? My other two chickens (same breed) look fine and unaffected.

Any more help would be appreciated.

If you see worms then I would think that is absolutely what is causing this. It needs to be treated asap. Do you have a farm store near? They usually have wormers there. She needs something immediately. Also you need to bring her in and get her warm and in a safe, quiet place. If you don't act quickly she will die.
