My chicken is really sick

My chicken had been really sick for the past 3 days. My mom joined a group and someone in the group said that my chicken has fowl poxs. I have been giving her baby food and lots of water. She has not walked or stood up in 3days. She keeps shaking her head like she's having a seizure, but I do not know what to do. Can anyone help me or give me some advice to what to do.

She has bumps no her head and she is not eatting. My mom called the vet and he siad that fowl poxs are going around .
