My chicken is sick and I’m not sure what’s wrong with her

My hen henzo age 4 has recently been slow and puffed up around the garden, she often sneezes and has a fully blocked nose her throat also looks swelled . I have done some research and I’m still not sure how to help her does anyone have any idea what to do/ what’s wrong with her ?

Welcome to BYC. Is she having any mucus from her beak or nostrils, or shaking her head? It looks like either dried secretions on her nostril or scabs. Can you look inside her beak and throat for any yellow canker or gunk, or a bad odor? Have you seen any respiratory infection in your flock before? I would use some saline or a couple of drops of hydrogen peroxide to clean off the crud on her nostrils.
