My chicken is..

My chicken is acting weird.. He/she is rebel , 6months old. Not crowing or squating.. It's a crested bantam polish.. It has traits of both male and female so I haven't been able to successfully sex. OK so the chicken acts like its on pills and nodding out. Then it hears a noise and perks right up but it will do this quite a bit and just stand there and zone out. Then act normal. Still eating drinking and pecking/digging .. Is this normal behavior?? For a male or female. Here is a picture of rebel

thinking roo the poof is way too floppy and the wattles are big for a pullet and too red unless it is laying, I have a nutty hen she will sit down in the flowers and then dart out and run back she must think I can't see her or something, it is her normal sometimes you just get a crazy chicken you just have to love them and laugh at their antics.

The waddles just happened just like my bantam Cochin. Bam they popped out and real red the other two chickens started laying just recently..

Looks like a pullet to me. She is close to laying.
