My chicken isn't walking, what do I do?

Hi I'm new to this site. I need help. My Americana isn't walking or eating. I already checked her feet for wounds but there is none and nothing is broken. She does get up time to time but will only take a few steps. She is very weak. She has been throwing up the water she drinks but she keeps a little down. I have already separated her from the flock and gave her own food and water. Please help, need answers.

I wish I knew what is happening to her, she just keeps falling asleep.

Glad you could join the flock! Sorry to hear you have a sick hen my first thought would be that she may have something wrong with her crop if she can't keep water down and it's coming back up. Have you felt her crop? Does it feel normal? Does her mouth have a bad odour coming from it? With not eating and drinking she will feel weak and tired. Is she laying? If she is of an age to lay is she laying as normal? Have you felt for an egg that may be stuck?
