How old are your girls? Do a search on lash egg,this is what it looks like to me.

Most common belief is that it is a piece of lining from reproductive tract and could indicate your girl might be coming to the end of her laying days,thought to be more prevalent in ex battery girls and hybrid breeds.

Keep an eye on girl who expelled lash just to make sure it is not something more serious.
