I appreciate all of your comments and help - she really isn’t getting any better. we’ve been feeding her tums and I gave her a dewormer. We are giving her another bath to try to relax her.

Her waddles look a little redder compared to the rest of the chickens.

She may be a bit bloated or has fluid in the abdomen, you'd have to feel of that.

She may have something reproductive going on. Salpingitis, Cancer, EYP, etc. it can be hard to know.

Often all you can do is address symptoms as they arise and offer supportive care.

If you've given her TUMS for 5 days, then I'd stop those. See how she does.
