my chicken keeps crapping all down her self, is she sick??

my chicken for about 2wks now keeps crapping on her self, not to sure if this means she sick..
 
you know what I look at thier rectum is in clear site, but it looks like their is something stuck in it, the poop is all donw the feathers, is there a way or something I can give the chicken to make it past it?
