my chicken layed an egg in the middle of my garden,Help!

one of my chickens was acting unusual, unlike the others she was just sitting under my garden table while the others were digging about. she looked quite ill and lethargic and would easily let you pick her up which is not like her at all. After a while she walked of happy again and as normal but when I looked under the table I spotted an egg. it was quite small and rough to the touch but not too odd looking. should I be worried about this!
she has done the same thing once before a couple months ago but not since then until now.
she normally lays in the nest boxes as do they all so this is very unusual and I'm not sure if I should be worried or not. could she have been egg bound but then managed to pass it. should I do anything now? help please!

It's probably fine....don't panic.
She perked back up after laying the egg so all must be well.
Always good to take a look at the vent.
Had she been acting weird in the days before laying this egg?
Pic of egg might help, put a quarter in the pic for scale.
@Ellieolander05 how old is this bird and how long has she been laying?
