Baby feathers can grow in funky yet and he will molt several more times before he is mature. So take that to heart. Make sure to keep him on chick starter so he's getting enough protein, feathers are 80% protein so its important he's on a good diet.

Give him time, he could grow out with gorgeous feathers by the time he is 6 or 7 months old.

Oh, how adorable!!! Thats sweet that they are so close, I love when they bond tightly with another, their interactions can be quite beautiful.
