She did need friends! And I will post some pics of them tomorrow. The black Frizzle doesn't look so good right now because she had all of her back feathers plucked out by other chickens at her last home. Hopefully they don't take too long to grow back in. I'm also setting up the coop tomorrow. Up until now they all have been living in the bathroom.
So I call her a she. She's almost 15 weeks now, and still no crowing. I guess that's a good sign? I'll update you again when I either get a crow or an egg. I need to get some new pictures and update those as well.
Sad thing- Poppy and Pepper were killed by a dog. Peaches was roosting in the coop (thank goodness) but the other two were out and got killed.
Now I have Poppy's identical twin who I call Poppy 2 and a standard white Silkie named Pinkie. I also have 5 four week old Bantam Ameraucanas, and 2 four week old Bantam BLRWs.
