My chicken pen keeps collecting run-off water from the neighbors behind us!😫 Any ideas on how to keep the pen from becoming a mud swamp?

I took some pix today. Out here the farmlands get lots of 'lakes' when there's too much rain esp. after melting snow. Took a few pix of the set up. You can see the 'lake' to the left of the coop. The other pix is the slop, muck and mire surrounding the ramp that I have to slog through twice a day.
Hey, your muck looks like my muck!🤣

Adding wood chips or other organics will help. In addition to creating a natural berm of sorts as mentioned above, it will actually help increase the water holding capacity of the soil.

Raising the organic content of soil by 1% increases it's water holding content by 20,000 gallons/acre. So, those rotting wood chips are helping, too!
