i built this last year and spent a few hours today building on to the pen part on it so i figured id take some pics.

How big is your coup? The run? How many chickens?

the coops 10x16. the run was 30x20 but i just added a 20x20 section on the end so now its 50x20. and right now i got about 100 new chick. 15 1 yr. chickens, 4 1yr turkeys, 4 1yr ducks. oh and i got 10 new white turkeys and about 10 ducklings but the white turkeys and 5 of the duck are for meat so they'll only be in the pen for a while.
