Wow! Now THAT is impressive! Our neighbors, who have accused us of "you're going to have a smelly chicken coop", followed by "your chicken coop is going to block the sun from our cabana" followed by "You're breeding mosquitoes" followed by "you are breeding flies and we are infested" followed by "do you guys have roosters over there?" (we ate them right after that last one) would totally be after us with shotguns if our pullets made that much racket! Good luck! I feel for you on this one!Must be the breed.

Nor does breed make any difference.The screaming sounds like my chickens demanding their breakfast. Unfortunately laying or not makes no difference in mine making that screech.
