My Chicken seems weird

Hello, so today I checked on my chickens. So sometimes I usually feel their chests to see if they ate any food . So while I checked the chickens, my chicken, Big Boy, had a really squishy chest compared to the other chickens. The other chickens (Bob and Larry) have firm or hard chests. Big Boy also usually has a hard or firm chest too. I don't know if anything is wrong with him but please help

. And also we found some red poop

but I don't know if its from our chickens but it's in a place our chickens usually go and it looks like chicken poop but I don't know who it's from.

As long as your chickens are acting fine it's a good chance they are too. How a chicken will digest food is an mystery to me.
My flock just raided my garden and there's little bits of red in their poo. They ate all my tomatoes!

Are you giving them Oyster Shells? That's good for digestion.

I would worry more about a bird with a hard crop. That's a sign of undigested food. When I first started, I worried all the time too.
Chickens are some tuff birds. You'll learn and love every minute of it.
