my chicken sick

what could be a problem with my chicken if she is not eat, drink, very week, all the time sleeping, but if i come to her she try to overrun from me. On one side around her eye is red and swollen, other side a little in some area. She stay like that all week.
Please help me, she is gonna die from be a hungry. When i give her water i hear a noise in her empty stomach.

It sounds like she has a respiratory disease or sinus infection. Many bacteria and viruses can cause this such as mycoplasma G (also called CRD), coryza, and infectious bronchitis.
