My chicken threw up

My chicken just threw up a yellow substance... What does that mean??? Is she sick?

Maybe. But sometimes chickens do that after drinking a lot of water. I'd feel her crop early in the morning, and see what it feels like. If it is large and squishy, your chicken likely has sour crop, which is a fungal infection. If its hard, then she has impacted crop, and if you hardly feel it at all, she is fine.
