My hen is sick

I have a silkie hen that just went broody yesterday, and today she sorta threw up but it was all clear, I did just put pneumonia meds out just in case if it’s that, the first time I saw a chicken throw up was over 4 years ago but that one died immediately after it did so I’m really worried about this young hen!! Please help me figure out what it is

I just felt her chest and where her crop is supposed to be, she had no food in her and her chest is FULL of liquid i didn’t touch it to much but she didn’t seem to care that I was
