I made a chicken tractor from materials I had scavenged out of the trash. I've been using it for two of my hens for a few weeks now and it has worked out great. I plan to put my meat birds in it when they get old enough to live outside. The basic materials used were: scrap 2x4's, scrap PVC pipe, wire scraps, a piece of an old tarp, and a spare cattle panel.
