My chicken was being tired and just pooped an egg

Today my hen was not as energetic as her usual self and she just pooped an egg right in front of me. What should I do and should I be concerned?

Did you see a membrane hanging from her vent? Gently pull it out if you see one. Get some human calcium citrate or Tums and give her a dose tonight, and once a day for the next few days. Is she on layer feed and getting crushed oyster shell? How old is she?
