My chicken was due to hatch out saturday?

My broody hen was due on saturday, but hadn't hatched any eggs so I broke them to realize that they werent good so no baby chicks. I gave her a new set of eggs but was wondering if she would sit on them for the whole 21 days or she would give up on day six or something like that? please help

Every broody bird is different. I had one that gave up after the first set and another that is on her third try. After this that gal needs some TLC - she has to be exhausted.
