my chicken won't stop sleeping

I just got my chicks and ducks this weekend and everytime I go to its all of the other chicks and ducks start running around except for one and all it want to do is sleep and even when I pick it up it only sleep i will move it around but it just opens its eyes then closes them and churp and go back to sleep and they won't do anything eat or drink I can't tell if its sick please help

It probably just isn't vigorous and probably won't thrive.
You can try tube feeding or at least get some water, vitamins and something for energy into it.
Sounds like it is about a day away from its demise.
