my chickens are dieing with peck marks all over they're carcasses! help!

It's the guineas. Separate them.

Then you need to separate them somehow. Divide the pen, build a new pen, whatever it takes. For now, take the chickens out and keep them in dog crates, indoors, anything. You risk serious injury, lethal infections, and further death if you let the guineas continue doing this. Separate them, now, and do not put them back together.
