we have one silkie and one RIRB, the RIRB is tiny, but, the silkie is almost as big as some of the pullets.

only one died since we left, and i think that was because they ran out of treats. hopefully they will be fine now that they have some treats!
P.S. all the snow is gone! now there is just a whole bunch of mud!

another ee died last week, i'm starting to think that it is not cannibalism, this one was in the nesting box with no blood on her at all...
 
I know I can't help much, I've had chickens and am familiar with a lot of their habbits, but am in no way a trouble shooter for stuff like this - but after reading this thread,
maybe it's something they're eating ? Something toxic causing intestinal bleeding that in turn causes the others to pick ?
