My chickens are dying one by one. I woke up in the morning to let my chickens out like I always do and 9 of them where dead. I had them since I hatched them out of the incubator in April. I noticed that one was half dead and his beak was indented. This morning that one was dead and he smelled of liquid diarrhea the day before. Can someone please tell me what is going on? Any suggestions, anyone else having this problem?

You need to have the birds tested by your local agricultural extension or a veterinarian. You may have avian flu. Wash your hands very we'll after handling any of them or anything related to them. Make sure your biosecurity is up to standards (footwear only for their areas and no visitors walking in there from other farms). Exclude wild birds from their quarters and areas as much as possible. I don't know where you live, but Avian flu is a serious problem right now and it is spreading. Once you find out what contagious disease is killing them so fast, you can prevent it next time.
