My Chickens are Gurgling??? Are they Sick? HELP!!

I have roughly 20 hens and 1 rooster. A few weeks ago I noticed one of the hens was gurgling when she was drinking, so I thought nothing of it. Well now I have 8 hens that are all gurgling even away from the water bucket. I have searched online about it but can't find much. Any ideas? If so what can I use to correct it? I believe it is starting to effect egg production. Thanks for the help.
