my chickens are pecking each other

my chickens are pecking on one chicken in the
flock is this normal or should i worry
they are 3 months old and they live out side
they are not in a small place

Is the one they're picking on being hurt? Also, if they are ganging up on just one, is it possible that one is sick?
If the answer to both is no, you may try giving them some other things to do during the day (chicken puzzle feeders/games). I'd also make sure there are visual barriers the one chicken can take advantage of is she wants a break.
