My chicken's bedtime stories

[Chicks Galore3]

Hey! Here, you come as your chickens and bring snacks and help us make a bedtime story! Tell me your chickens names, and if they are hen, pullet, rooster or cockerel. The first person starts a story, preferably a happy one. After all, this is BEDTIME stories.  You can’t change the story line drastically, only the person who started it can. That person is the only one that can end it too. Please make the stories a reasonable length, or I will have to ask you to end it, or end it myself.

Dandelion: Lets get this story started!
Nosy- and the party!
Sienna: lets have some popcorn.

Sienna: M’kay!

Dandelion: Ok. Here is the first story: Once there was 3 chickens- Myra, Mimi, and Meesha. They were sisters. Mimi was gentle and kind, Myra was adventurous, and Meesha was boss.They were very very very bored, ‘cause it was winter.

 

[Nutcase]

"I'm bored, Meesha," said Myra as they all roosted quietly in the coop.
"Bored? How ridiculous!" Meesha clucked indignantly. "It's high time you were asleep now anyway."
"I'm not tired," Myra retorted. "This winter cold keeps me awake at night."
Mimi drew her head out from under her wing and clucked quietly, "I'm sure spring isn't far away Myra. It will be dawn in a few hours and then we can eat."
Myra sighed and clicked her beak. "I've had enough of this. We'll all be too fat to walk by next season, with all the corn we've been..."
An unexpected sound interrupted Myra's speech. A faint yet eerie shrieking...
"What could that be?" Mimi asked fearfully.

Myra exclaimed, " I bet it was a GHOST chicken!"
Mimi replied, trembling, "A g-ghost?"
Meesha retorted, "Ghosts aren't real! Myra Marie! Stop this instant!" Giving her a sound peck on the head. Myra ducked and grumled. "fine! But what DO YOU think it is?"

 

[Gramma Chick]

Myra whispered : " I think its a Owl !"
, "I think its those Daffy Ducks " Said Mimi .
Meesha , "Its just those Geese down by the river .. They never shut up ! " Go To Sleep !
They all settled down on the roost .

Chicks galore - Do you have any pictures of your eggs ? They sound pretty ..I read your comment somewhere ..

Hi I thought it was you ...I found a comment somewhere ..Something about australorps & pretty eggs ..Speckled & some colored eggs ..I dont remember what color ..
Does that sound like something you said ..Somewhere ..I was wandering when I found it .

OH yeah!

They do lay really pretty eggs, one of mine lays a purple-ish egg, then it fades into a pinky brown. I don't have any pictures, but I can get some if you want.
