my chickens feathers look weird

i have an almost 3 year old austrolorp hen. Shes veey loving and loves to sleep in the bed. Shes always been an indoor chicken. Im thinking maybe her feather or just britte but she could be over preening. She barely has any flight feathers there just like needles ans ive had to cut them and her tail feather are all chopped. She also has very little feathee on her underside. Its not mites becsuse ive looked at her feathers and already tried treatments. i have washed her before with dawn and once with rid. could her feathers be brittle?

What is manna pro supplement?

SOME layer feed should be 90% of her diet not just some.
