It has been on the list and the kids have been excited to name the chicks. They are quite healthy but I wanted to wait a little just in case we had an unexpected death to keep thimgs easier for the kids as we are new to this. While I ordered all females, I understand a male slips in every now and then...I'm hoping that is not the case for us. The chicks are coming up to three weeks old.

A lot of cuties there! They are a bit young for gender ID just yet - with the exception of Goldie Locks who is a Red Sex Link (Golden Buff is one of the names they are sold under), and as she is feathering in red she is, indeed, female. No one else is jumping out as being a cockerel, but at this age he'd have to be a very "loud and proud" boy about showing himself to be seen.
