My chickens have cocci

So my chickens have a early stage of cocci and I was reading I put Amproliumin there water, just in case they don't can they just have Amprolium without it harming them?

Amprolium is very well tolerated by chickens. It will not harm them to treat them for coccidiosis.

Any photos of the poop?
How old are they?

Giving Corid (Amprolium) won't hurt them if it turns out they don't have Coccidiosis.

I do a corid treatment every month for 5 days just to make sure my girls are healthy

So they are around 16 weeks to 3 years and the poop started out runny yellow and this morning I found clear poop with a hint of blood

Right now all of them show no signs of weakness

It looks like it has some mucous in it too. It won't hurt to treat them with the Corid.
Dosage is 1 1/2 teaspoons Corid powder or 2 teaspoons of 9.6% Corid liquid per gallon of water.
Give for 5-7 days - make sure this is the ONLY water available during that time period. Mix a fresh batch at least once a day.
