my chickens keep running away from me

everytime i go into the coop my hen and roo keep flying and jumping all over the place i've had them for about 3 months now but they are still afraid of me.

Have you ever just gone in there and sat inside the coop ? Just let them walk around you while you sit still?

Sure does

It takes time but if you keep doing it eventually they get use to you being there like being a part of their flock.

ok will do the only problem is that when i go into the coop my other roo keeps pecking my feet...
