Who eles has Hens on protest?

I think mine may be molting since their is feathers all over the place. Not sure...BUT ALL OF THEM?

My aunts have been laying straight on for about 3 weeks now.

I haven't seen an egg from my girls since about September!!!!!!!!!!

Ughh This is driving me crazy I find myself going out three times daily to talk to them into laying.

I am at a lost with these crazy hens!

How old are they? If they laid last year, they very well could be molting. If they have plenty of light (15+ hours per day), good food with enough protein and calcium, clean water and no major changes recently, such as a new coop or new arrival, I would guess a molt with all the feathers you see. If one of the foregoing ingredients is missing, then that could be your problem.
