My chickens went out with me on New Year's Eve! - sorta...

We went to a Masked New's Years Eve Masquerade Ball. The pretty mask started out from Party City, but I thought it would only be right to add some of my chicken feathers to it, this made it MUCH more special!!
As I was tidying up the coop during the day on NYE I watched for all pretty stray feathers, I collected them, with a little glue & glitter a feather from each chicken (I have 7) got added to the mask for the eve's affair. Red from Georgia - B&W from the Barred Rocks & a long feather from Morley rooster plus 2 diamonds for ‘bling’looked great at the corners & between the eyes!
