My chicks are starting to scratch around a bit too, even the one with the orthopedic moleskin shoe!

Mine are the same age as yours too! I can't wait to see pics

My single, spoiled chick, Ivory, is about that age too and she is already starting to get wing feathers and she scratches around in the corn I sprinkle in her brooder box.

It's so cute!

My chicks are 6 days old today and are doing the same thing - they are all scratching and have learned the "keep away" game - they are also attempting to fly and are jumping all over the place - I don't think they ever sleep, but that is ok, because they are so precious to watch!!!!
