My chicks are growing up

Hi there these are my new chick's that I hatched 3 months ago

The first one is caramel the second one is vanilla (I promise she was white when she was hatched) and the third is coffee

What breed are they? RIR mix?

they are gaining waight and are growing fast.......
as to the breed their dad is a speckled sussex and I have five hens....all of them are different breeds......i have a gingernut, a bluebell , buff orptington and a few others but i think that coffee and caramel are from the blue bell hen i don't know about vanilla
