Wonderful! Adorable! Thank you.

Or maybe I shouldn't say Thank you...I'm just getting ready to finish cleaning our NR360 and put it away until March...maybe just 1 more hatch 🤣
I'd like to do one or two more this year. And I agree...I'm not looking forward to cleaning it out. Sorry if I posted 3 pics. I'm still figuring out this site. Oh, rooster was a Choclate Silver Lace Orphington and mom's were Golden Laced Wyandottes and a Speckled Sussex. The two light ones with stripes were two eggs we found on a tractor seat the day I started incubating and took a shot.

Do you keep the chicks? sell? food for the family?

So cute! Congrats again!

I have two incubators running. I had shut the third one down a few weeks ago, but, needed to get it running again. Each one of these holds 64 silkie eggs. I'd think the orders were done, then out of the woodwork came more. Plus, I order eggs without thinking lol. These last set are due 7/31, but were delayed by the post office over a week. They took 14 days to get here, so we'll see if any survived that!

Do you only incubate silkie? I'm guessing you have people who ask you for silkie chicks?

Yes, show quality silkies is all. And yes, I get texted or messaged on FB messenger occasionally as other customers give my name out. The furthest one came was from Iowa, she said it was five hours one way.

When you have quality and a good reputation, they will travel.

We traveled 4 hours for my GSD (parents were imported from Germany) for training. We purchased a bitch, of great lines/pedigree, from Germany. When one is showing and breeding, one needs superb breeding stock.
The breeding is strict in Germany. Well it was 15 years ago when we were still breeding and training (Schutzhund/K9). AKC, one can artificially inseminate. German lines, a Breed Warden (my husband was one) Must witness the tie and sign the documents.

Quality and reputation, no wonder people travel to you.

I've got this one and one I got off Amazon. Haven't tried it yet...this one alone is keeping me busy. I'm totally into this now. I have a second choclate rooster that might get the ones I keep out of this set.
