Guys I had my first broody a long 21 days ago. Today is hatching day and when I went out first thing this morning there was already a baby chick! Couple hours later and now there are 2!!! I'm so excited I want to go watch if anymore are going to hatch!!!
This is a first for me and I'm just so happy. I am so curious to know what these chicks are going to look like. I have a Swedish Flower Rooster.. multiple different breeds of hens..wyandotte, orpington, BR, 1 Australorp, a BSL. She is sitting on 8 eggs, 2 have hatched so far.
My only question is how long do I wait before I throw the other eggs out? Do I give it a couple days to see if others hatch? Or what?
