My chicks are not sleeping in the hen house?!?

So I built the coop with a nice hen house, ladder, perches etc., however, my girls sleep in a large tunnel that goes to their outdoor run. Eventually they won't all be able to fit! They do use the hen house and the roost because I have to clean up the evidence! Should I be concerned about this? They are almost two months old. Thanks!

i wouldnt be concerned...they will go in when they feel threatened and will accustom to the security is provides...jeff
