OP there is a site of poops giving a diagnosis of each. Not sure how to find it. I suppose if you google it you could find it.

BTW-Good you cleaned the coop etc. Make sure the food is OK all the way to the bottom of the bag. You might want to give some sugar water for energy and yogurt w/ probiotics for the digestion. Also vitamins and electrolites. But I agree with primarily treat for cocci as kathyinmo suggested.
