My Chicks died, how could I have prevented it?

Do they have a Facebook page? I find it amazing what results I get when I post a complaint to a corporate Facebook page these days.

RK is Rural King. It's just a general farm store, kind of like Walmart but for rural people's needs

Thanks!!! I've been in finals all week, I just saw the post

I did comment that it was the Kokomo, IN store, not the Frankfort branch. I couldn't find the right RK facebook page. Hopefully they will reprimand that manager, he has no idea what he was talking about.
