My chicks eye went bad and she keeps yawning

So my last chick has so far survived her eye issue but I'm not sure she's not sick. She's like opening her mouth like a yawn a lot. I'm getting some new chicks but not sure they should be with her.

How old is she?
Her eye went bad - can you tell us more about that? Was she injured, has a respiratory illness, etc.?
The yawning? Could she be adjusting her crop? What do you feed, does she have grit available?

Photos of poop and the chick would be good. If you can get a video of the yawning, that may be helpful as well.

Not really sure hot her from the Tractor supply store 3 of her friends died in the 1st week she made it so far had some weird eye issue where her eye got crusty and then the lid came off the eye is still there it is small but moves she doesn't have any other symptoms and appears to be doing ok. I'm getting new chicks but was going to keep her separate

Could be from injury.
Did you ever flush out the eye and apply ointment?
Can she see out of the eye?

The yawning - has that stopped?
I would check her crop.

I could be a deformity or just from injury. Does she seem to be able to see out of the eye?
