My chicks feathers are wierd looking! Something wrong??

I have a couple of bantams and there feathers are getting wild, especially the black one! Never seen it before dunno what to do if I need to do anything at all? And the other ones feather looks like it’s starting to do it a little too I just dunno if it’s contagious and need to pull em out??

Frizzled is a type of feathering that can come in many breeds but yours are likely bantam cochins.
The silkie is a bantam silkie.
Bantam is a size, like you say toy Poodle.
