My Chicks Think They're Ducks!

Well, I've had my little "flock" of 4 baby BA's for three days now, love them so much! But I had a problem that I fixed this morning...THEY THINK THEY'RE DUCKS! For some reason my chickies like to "play" in the waterer. It's just one of those little quart-size plastic screw-on jobs...works, but what a mess!!

This morning I ordered one of these:

I'm going to screw it into my clear plastic bin/brooder...problem solved! In the meantime I ordered two more 'cages' and some nipples for the coop....messy little chickies...

They're really something else!

And another thing...I have one of my 4 chicks that thinks she's a pole vaulter!! That little thing can almost reach the top of the brooder...she takes a run and .. whooop!! Up she goes!! Never seen anything like it...oh, the joys of being a chicken mama!! Have a great rest of your day!
