this is my incubator my chicks still haven't hached.my eggs were stored in a egg holder on room temperature they were handed with care .this is my first time I am haching with an incubator becouse my broody chicken died we have 4 henswe live in Ireland

First things first, when you have a bad smell, you need to remove the stinkers immediately before they explode and ruin the whole hatch and incubator.
As old as your eggs are, none will hatch.
As for why they failed, there could be several dozen reasons.
Is that a 6 egg incubator?
How does it turn eggs or do you hand turn them several times a day?
38.1 is really too high and that is assuming it is accurate. Never assume a temperature or humidity reading is accurate even if it is a brand new device. It needs to be verified with a calibrated thermometer.
Theoretically, 2 roosters with 4 hens could be a problem if fighting is preventing mating of all hens. So are all your eggs showing fertile when you open them?

Yes my hens show fertility when I cracked them I see the bulls eye and their is no fighting over hens in my flock i turn my eggs 3 times a day 40° around . What temperature Willi set on the eggs next time

I set eggs FAHRENHEIT at 99 to 100.5. My incubator usually fluctuates in that range where its set up. The area i live in this time of year keeps my humidity between 25 and 45% I bump it up myself to 65 or so during lockdown.

You should really get a good thermometer/hygrometer to use to their not expensive and save alot of guess work and trouble. I started using the incutherm model with probe and found it to be pretty accurate and reliable.

As a side note to what everyone else has mentioned....looking at the pic of your incubator, the humidity is way too high. When you have condensation forming, the air in the incubator has reach the saturation point...your humidity is 100% or close to it.
If it has been that high all through the incubation process, that could be the reason for them not hatching.

Aren't you on day 26 or 27 now..? Based off of the previous posts, it sounds like they died- didn't you say they're starting to stink? I think it's time to call it, I'm really sorry😥
