Thanks for welcoming me aboard! You all will understand my excitement, this morning when I found my first egg! I came from a chicken given to us who is about a year and a half old. She's been with us for almost a month and I guess this must show that she's finally feeling comfortable here. I still haven't put her in with my original 3 but do have her pen right up next to theirs. They are separated only by the fencing from each of their pens. Can anyone offer suggestions as to what might be a good next step, as I slowly move her in with my girls? Thanks!
