My Cochin doesn't seem to feel well

My 1.5 year old Cochin hen stopped laying about a week or so ago. Her comb is pale and her vent area is a little messy, and she doesn't seem interested in food. I wormed her last week. Does anyone have any idea of what might be wrong? Thanks in advance.

Wormed her with what? Had you wormed her before?

Hopefully she is just recovering from the worming. She needs some extra protein and some probiotics (yogurt, buttermilk, probiotics from the feed store, probiotic pills for people, whatever.) Infant vitamins and a bit of electrolytes might help, too.
