One of my girls doesn't seem to be feeling well. She is sluggish and doesn't move around a lot. I noticed her comb wasn't the normal vibrant red, but is kind of darkened. I picked her up to examine her and she hardly resisted. I looked at her back side and it doesn't look normal (see pics).

Any ideas what I'm dealing with?

Thanks in advance.

How old is she? Does she lay eggs? What do her droppings look like? Is her lower belly enlarged? It may be a bit enlarged. It looks like other chickens are pulling out her feathers under her vent. Could you look for any lice or mites under her vent and elsewhere on her skin? Can you feel of her crop first thing in the morning to see if it is emptying overnight? What are you feeding your chickens?

She's about 3 years old.
Yes, she lays eggs, but I can't attribute which brown eggs are hers. I have four chickens that lay brown eggs.
Not sure about her droppings because I haven't seen her poop since realizing something is wrong, which was when I got home from work.
It did seem like her belly was enlarged.
I'll check for lice/mites in the morning, since it is dark now.
I'll check her crop in the morning to see if it's emptying.
I feed them Dumor 16% Layer Pellet. They also have grit and oyster shell readily available.
