My Cochin is sick. Please help.

My 1.5 years old Cochin is sick. She is lethargic, tail down, not like to drink water and eat, losing some weight. It has been 5 days since she was sick.

I think she foraged more than she usually did. Also, our area rained a lot before she was sick. Her poop is running and abnormal color. Attached are her recent pictures. How can I help her? Thank you.

When was her last egg?

I'd be inclined to start her on Extra Calcium.
You can find Calcium Citrate with D3 in the vitamin aisle of stores like Walmart, CVS, etc. Give 1 tablet daily, just pull down on her wattles, pop the tablet into the beak and let her swallow.

Check her over for lice/mites, see that her crop is emptying overnight.

Work on hydration, then offer feed.
